1. Eligibility for Returns
- Unused and undamaged items must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not refund any items damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as digital/downloaded materials, and magazines.
- Items labeled All Sales Final are non-eligible for returns, credit, or refund. All Sales Final include clearance and drop-ship items.
- For damaged and defective items, please complete the return process within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. We will review the request and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.
2. Return Process
- Log into your account at Anniesattic.com.

In the My Account section, select My Orders. Select the order you would like to return.

Once in the order select “Return” and proceed with the required information to create a new return.

When your return has been authorized you will receive an email. The email contains the return shipping address. Print the email and include it in your return package.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that you can verify your return has been delivered. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method after receiving your returned shipment. Any return for a bill-me item will be applied as store credit to Annie’s Attic. Please allow 5-7 business days after we confirm we have received your return for the refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
