Annie’s Granny Square Afghan Club is a subscription of kits to crochet this vibrant afghan inspired by beloved crochet motifs. Master new skills with over 90 unique granny squares and even more patterns in the stripes and border. You'll be amazed by how the rich colors and joyful designs coordinate for a stunning finish.
Each kit includes the acrylic worsted-weight yarn and patterns to crochet a new section of your afghan. Plus, your first kit will include 4 anodized crochet hooks (sizes G/6/4mm, 7/4.5mm, H/8/5mm and I/9/5.5mm), 10 locking stitch markers and a tapestry needle as free gifts. You will only need common household supplies such as scissors, a ruler and a spray bottle or bowl of water for blocking. Due to the wide variety of stitches and section sizes, you may need to adjust your hook size to obtain the gauge listed in the patterns.
Your membership also includes access to online video tutorials (for both right- and left-handed crocheters!) that walk you through every step of your afghan. The video tutorials can help you learn new techniques, but we recommend that you are comfortable working basic crochet stitches and at least a few intermediate stitches before starting this afghan.
