This lovely cape is designed with a lovely rolled standup collar, buttoned front, faux inverted pleat, and a short-row edge to provide lovely lower-edge shaping. Every right-side row is increased by 8 stitches, as shown in bold until the lower short-row edge is reached. Despite the variety of design features, this is a very easy pattern to knit, resulting in an elegant handmade bit of outerwear.
This pattern is made using 975 yards of worsted weight yarn and U.S. size 8/5mm needles.
